Thank you for adhering to all our clinic guidelines and making the individual sacrifices necessary to keep our community safe. Why Massage Therapy?
It can help with

Muscle Soreness
Clearing lactic acid and natural tissue swelling that results from exercise can help alleviate soreness.
Stress
Decreases stimulation of your sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight response) that's often responsible for a high alert and anxiety state.
Headaches
It's important to determine whether it's a tension, migraine or sinus headache and help to identify possible triggers.

Overuse Injuries
Whether it's from work or sport, using the same muscle groups repetitively over a period of time can cause imbalances and compensations in other parts of the body.
Posture
Massage helps to bring self awareness to your body, especially if you find yourself in similar positions throughout the day.
Whiplash
The structures of the neck often become strained, resulting in a protective muscle spasm. Massage can help relieve pain and restore range of motion.
