Welcome to Sana Integrative Health!
We officially opened in May 2019. We currently only offer registered massage therapy but we’re looking to expand our services to further aid our patients and our community. The word “Sana” means “healthy mind and body” in latin, which is what our clinic represents.
Any news updates will be posted here:
March 17 - Clinic Closed Temporarily
We have decided to close the clinic until further notice. We must do our duty for public safety. We will continue to monitor the news daily and notify all patients as soon as we feel it is safe to operate again. In the meantime, please take care of yourselves, and each other!
March 14 - Coronavirus Precautions
Amid this current global pandemic, we want to take this time to reassure our patients that we are taking all the necessary precautions to prevent spreading of the virus. This includes social distancing and sanitizing daily all equipment, surfaces, handles, buttons, linens etc. Please feel free to use our clinic sink as needed.
We ask that you adhere to the 14 day self quarantine recommendation if you are returning from abroad, even if you are asymptomatic. We will do our part as health care professionals as well. We will also kindly waive any cancellation fees due to flu-like symptoms.
Thank you for your consideration! Please be safe, be healthy and be kind to each other.
Oct 29 - Parking Lot Partially blocked
Our parking lot is partially blocked due to construction for the time being. If there are no spots left, we recommend parking at Richmond Public Market or finding other alternatives. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Why Massage Therapy?
It can help with
Clearing lactic acid and natural tissue swelling that results from exercise can help alleviate soreness.
Decreases stimulation of your sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight response) that's often responsible for a high alert and anxiety state.
It's important to determine whether it's a tension, migraine or sinus headache and help to identify possible triggers.
Whether it's from work or sport, using the same muscle groups repetitively over a period of time can cause imbalances and compensations in other parts of the body.
Massage helps to bring self awareness to your body, especially if you find yourself in similar positions throughout the day.
The structures of the neck often become strained, resulting in a protective muscle spasm. Massage can help relieve pain and restore range of motion.
